How can I generate a new or updated certificate with a current date?

To generate an updated certificate, it is required to retake the course. Please follow these instructions:
1- Log In to the course (
http://phrp.nihtraining.com/index.php
)
2- Once logged in, click the link labeled 'Edit User Info' on the main menu page
3- Click the button labeled "Retake Course"
Please note that the system will not display a history of certificates.
